DESCRIPTION:Help us decorate Centennial Terrace for the Sylvania Fall Festival with a scarecrow! \nAwards for 1st\, 2nd\, 3rd\, People’s Choice \n1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd place winners will be revealed on Sunday\, October 19th\, at the start of the Festival. The winner of People’s Choice will be announced via our social media on Monday\, October 20th.  \nGuidelines\nHere are some rules and guidelines to keep in mind while designing your scarecrow. \n\nScarecrows must be family-friendly.\nScarecrows must be 1 piece and transportable\nScarecrows may not be taller than 7 feet\nGet creative and have fun!!\n\nHeritage Sylvania reserves the right to remove entries that violate the above guidelines. \nScarecrows will be attached to the fence at Centennial Terrace. Heritage Sylvania will provide zip ties for you to secure your scarecrow as well as signage identifying your name or organization. You bring the rest – including a cross bar for arms. \nDrop Off\nOctober 17th from 4 pm to 6 pm at Centennial Terrace (5773 Centennial Rd\, Sylvania\, OH 43560) \n**Scarecrows will be on display until the end of the festival on Sunday\, October 19th.
