Artifact Escapade is an artifact guessing game and show-and-tell, all about getting you excited for your local history during Downtown Sylvania’s Red Bird First Fridays!
Check back here on February 2nd to see Februarys’ mystery artifact and have a chance to guess what it is and maybe win a prize! Then visit the Cooke-Kuhlman house during the Red Bird First Friday Art Walk on February 6th to see the mystery artifact revealed and hear the story behind it.
Rules and Guidelines:
The Monday before each First Friday of the month, we post a close-up image of a random artifact related to the theme of that month’s Red Bird First Friday Art Walk. This is posted both on our website and social media pages.
You have until 5:00 pm that Friday to submit your guess on our website or as a comment on that month’s social media post as to what this artifact could be.
To find out what the mystery object is, visit the Cooke-Kuhlman House between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm during the Red Bird First Friday Art Walk. If you submitted a correct guess before 5:00 pm that day and visit the Cooke-Kuhlman House, you win a prize!
