Annual Pie Baking Contest Sponsored by Durocher’s returns on Sunday October 16 as part of Sylvania’s Fall Festival
Dust off your favorite recipe and crack open the flour and get baking! Join in the fun of our annual Pie Baking Contest sponsored by Durocher’s on Sunday, October 16. We will have celebrity judges and prizes in adult and youth categories.
Pies will be judged at the Heritage Center Museum the morning of the Fall Festival and winners announced at the Main Street Stage at noon.
It’s all part of the fun of the Sylvania Fall Festival!
We are looking for both the tried and true and new and unique fruit, or nut pies. (No pies that require refrigeration accepted). Youth categories for bakers up to age 16 and adult category for ages 17 and up. Pies will need to be dropped off at the Heritage Center Museum by 9:30 the morning of the judging.
