Do you have a special preschooler in your life?  We have a great program just for the two of you! 

Our ever popular History Half-Pints preschool program is back and better than ever.  We have a new series of fun and learning with Mrs. R and Marv this winter.

Each Monday morning session runs 10:30 AM until 12:00.

Open for preschoolers ages 3 – 6 and their adults. (Every preschooler must be accompanied by an adult)

Each fun theme will have stories, movement, crafts and age-appropriate learning activities that will be sure to keep your little one engaged from start to finish.

Pre-registration and pre-payment are required.

Dates and themes:

Monday December 11, 2023:  “I love you to Pizzas!”  Who doesn’t love Pizza?  We have fun stories and activities around everyone’s favorite food.  Books include: “The Little Red Hen Makes a Pizza” retold by Philoma Sturges, “Pizza at Sally’s” by Monica Wellington, “I Love Pizza” by Sally Huss and “Pizza Pig” by Diana Murray

Monday, January 8, 2024: “Ready, Set, BuildHave you wanted to explore our Log Cabin and learn about building houses?  This is the great session  for you!  Books include: “Inside a Log Cabin” by Mari Schuh, “The Three Little Pigs” retold by James Marshall, “If I Built a House” by Chris Van Dusen, and “Building a House” by Byron Barton.

Monday, February 12, 2024: “Those Pearly WhitesThis month it’s all about teeth from your first loose tooth to taking care of all your adult teeth.    Books include: “Little Rabbit’s Loose Tooth” by Lucy Bate, “Loose Tooth” by Micheal Martchenko, “You Think It’s Easy Being the Tooth Fairy?” by Sheri Bell-Rehwidt, and “A Trip to the Dentist” by Penny Smith
